Conference Session: Sensing Small Things - The World of Nanosensors

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

This session will discuss recent nanosensor innovations which enable the detection and analysis of viruses, next generation sequencing of DNA and RNA,  and other particles in the nanometer range.  These sensors, coupled with microfluidic front-ends, allow detection of COVID viruses from saliva, diagnosis for stroke detection based on mRNA isolated from extracellular vesicles, detection of empty vs. full virus capsids in the production of gene therapy drugs, as well as long-read sequencing of DNA and RNA for detection of disease markers, among other applications.
